2. Site Plan
The site plan shows the layout of the home on the parcel, including property boundaries, setbacks, and utility locations. It ensures the home is properly positioned and complies with local zoning regulations, providing a clear view of how the structure fits within the landscape.
3. First and Second Floor Plans
The floor plans give essential layout details for the builder, including precise wall arrangements, room dimensions, and material notes. Door and window locations, along with other key features, are clearly outlined to ensure a smooth construction process.

This design allows the HVAC contractor flexibility to adjust based on the selected equipment. For this client, we provided load reports, but they are not included here due to their length.
