Here’s the honest reality: with many plan services, the first draft can take weeks—and full plan sets can take months, especially once revisions begin. And it’s also common for packages to include only 2–3 revision rounds, with extra changes billed after that. That’s how families end up stuck.

   We start with the layout and refine it until it fits your lifestyle, land, and priorities—before we finalize the rest of the blueprints.

2. Real collaboration (even if it takes time)
   Some clients finish in a couple of days. Others work with us for weeks—or even several months—because they want to explore options and get it perfect. We support both, and we don’t pressure you to “settle.”

3. Fast first draft (1–2 days)
   Once we have your details, most clients receive a first draft within 1–2 days. After the layout is approved, we move quickly into the full plan set.

4. Support if changes are requested later
   If a builder, engineer, or local building department requests edits after delivery, we update the plans quickly and help you move forward—so you’re never left stuck.
