Yes. You can combine different ideas, layouts, and features from multiple plans into one custom home plan.

For most projects, we recommend the Standard Package because it includes a more complete set of construction drawings than the Basic Package. If you need additional drawings or 3D visualizations, you can choose the Premium Package or add those features later during the design process.

Once we create your first draft, usually within 1–2 days, we’ll be able to determine the exact heated living square footage and make sure everything is correct before preparing your final blueprint package.

Heated living space includes areas like bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, and living room.

It does not include garages, porches, patios, attics, or breezeways. Those areas can still be included in your home plan, but they are not counted toward the heated square footage used for pricing.
