Clark Ferry and his wife, Dawn, were designing and building a home in Michigan remotely.

In Clark’s own words:

“Every time we’ve gotten feedback from the builder or just the layout, whether it was the flow of the kitchen or the garage stairs, they’ve really been on top of it and turned it around in just a few days.”

Clark also shared:

“They’ve been so fast in turning around changes—many, many revisions, basically unlimited.”

For Clark and Dawn, the ability to keep improving their plan remotely—including changes based on builder feedback—removed much of the uncertainty from the process.

“The flexibility to keep fine-tuning it has really given us a lot of peace of mind.”
