Can you work from a rough sketch?
Absolutely. A rough sketch is more than enough to get started.
Can I modify a plan that almost fits me?
Yes. Many of our clients start with a plan they like, then modify it as much as they want through unlimited revisions until it fits exactly what they’re looking for.
Can I combine ideas from different floor plans?
Yes. You can combine different ideas, layouts, and features from multiple plans into one custom home plan.
Choosing a Package
Which package should I choose?
For most projects, we recommend the Standard Package because it includes a more complete set of construction drawings than the Basic Package. If you need additional drawings or 3D visualizations, you can choose the Premium Package or add those features later during the design process.
What square footage should I enter when choosing a package?
Enter only the heated living area of your home.
What do you mean by heated living space?
Heated living space includes areas like bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, and living room.
It does not include garages, porches, patios, attics, or breezeways. Those areas can still be included in your home plan, but they are not counted toward the heated square footage used for pricing.
Can I add more drawings later?
Yes. If you decide you need additional drawings later, just let us know during the design process and we’ll be happy to help you add them.

After your order, you’ll send us your project information and requirements. We’ll create your first draft, work with you through unlimited revisions, and once you approve the layout, we’ll prepare your final blueprint package.
How fast will I receive my first draft?
