Once we have your project details, our team will begin working on your design immediately. Expect the first draft to be delivered within 1-2 days.

Revisions and Feedback

We offer unlimited revisions. You can review the draft and request changes. We’ll update the design and send a new draft for your review. This feedback loop continues until you are completely satisfied with the final design.

Finalize the Plans

Once you’re FULLY satisfied with the design and give the green light to proceed, we finalize the plans and deliver the complete blueprints within the specified timeframe of your chosen package. These plans are construction-ready and prepared for your builder or contractor to use.

Ongoing Support

Even after you receive the final blueprints, we continue to offer free revisions. If there’s anything you’d like to adjust or if changes are required by your local building department, we’ll make those corrections at no additional cost.

    • While our plans accommodate general building codes, they may not align perfectly with your local requirements.
    • You must verify with your local building department to ensure all codes and regulations are met.

  2. Site Plans and Additional Requirements:

    • Many jurisdictions require a site plan showing the placement of the structure on your property.
    • Specific beam sizes may be required in regions with high snowfall.
    • If your property is not connected to a sanitary sewer system, you may need a septic system design created by a licensed professional.
